The Great Homes Tour is a free, two-weekend event showcasing the latest in new home construction, innovative design, and vibrant community living. Featuring five esteemed builders across highly sought-after Treasure Valley communities, this event offers a rare opportunity to tour exceptional homes that highlight modern floor plans, high-end finishes, and thoughtful craftsmanship.
From open-concept layouts to upscale amenities, each home is a reflection of the meticulous detail and quality these builders are known for. Whether you’re actively searching for a new home or just looking for inspiration, the Great Homes Tour is the perfect chance to explore what’s possible in Treasure Valley living.

Don’t Forget to Grab a Tour Passport
Your Great Homes Tour Passport is your official guide to the event. Available at every showcase home, this handy booklet is filled with everything you need to make the most of your tour, including home details, community highlights, giveaway information, and the full event schedule.
As you visit each showcase home, collect a sticker in your passport. Once you have toured every home, turn in your completed passport (to any showcase home) to be entered into our grand giveaway following the event. It is your roadmap, your checklist, and your ticket to win.
Great Homes Tour Guidelines
- Slip On Some Booties: Step into our homes with your complimentary booties over your shoes to protect our pristine floors. If you prefer to go shoeless, that’s cool too—just keep those socks on!
- Admiring Without Acquiring: Our homes are set for your eyes’ delight. Please enjoy the aesthetics without touching the furniture, walls, or fixtures. Think of it as a museum where you’re the VIP guest!
- Children Must Be Supervised: Little explorers should stick with their adult at all times. Beds are not trampolines, and play structures are just eye candy.
- Please Stay Off the Grass: Honor the Grass, Stick to the Walkways. Remember, our grass is growing its best self—help it stay green by staying off.
- Park Mindfully: Park thoughtfully by not blocking driveways or the front of showcase homes, avoid turning around in neighbors’ driveways. Drive slowly, and be on the lookout for pedestrians.
- Touring Times: Our homes are dressed to impress Friday and Saturday, 12 PM to 7 PM, and Sunday, 1 PM to 5 PM.
